An actual underground saloon — wood everywhere, whiskey up top, dancing below. Vivian Shetland, a dancer the bar recruited straight off its own floor, walks beginners through the steps from 8, then the DJ leans hard into country from 9. The crowd is genuinely mixed: regulars who know every dance and first-timers picking them up on the spot. Drinks only — the saloon side no longer serves food — and winter nights run busier, when Vivian often teaches more than one dance.
